World Run Day Was A Success!
I am already planning WRD 2009 - Runners in Auburn are called upon to celebrate the sport of running. Together we'll chose a local charity. I'll pick a route that is challenging and fun and we'll celebrate with running partners, friends and family.

Helpful Hints When Choosing Supplements
The supplement should be standardized; this guarantees that the same amount of each active component is used in the supplement so consistency is ensured.
The supplement should have an enteric coating; this ensures that the supplement will break down in the upper intestine allowing it to pass into the body's blood stream.
If you have any questions about supplements or are wondering where to start - let me know - I can help!
The above information was taken in part from Caroline Palmer, Arbonne Independent Consultant

Cosutumes at Boot Camp!
Well, I have to congratulate the above boot campers for not only making it to class in the pouring rain but coming in awesome Halloween Costumes!!
In order of appearance we have: Angela the fried egg, Rebecca as Sarah Palin, Dan in her smokin' mint jumpsuit and Tammy as a piece of cheese! Next shot - Lisa replaces Dan as Dr. Swisley. She got out of her car and said "I am here to deliver your baby".
Thank you guys for giving me the best laugh of the week. Way to make an effort!

That's right!! Kim won Auburn's Biggest Loser 2008. Dropping an incredible 40 lbs and 25 inches! Her reward was a one year membership to the Courthouse Athletic Club in Auburn. Lisa Swisley came in at a close 2nd place. Kim and Lisa were neck and neck though the competition. Kim decided to split her membership with Lisa so now the 2 of them are enjoying 6 months at CAC. Both meet regularly for spin classes and daily workouts. I am so proud of you all!! Should I go for round 2?? Stay tuned!!
