I recently found out that I am allergic to dairy and soy. As a personal trainer (and new mom) I am always on the go and looking for a fast and nutritious meal. I have been using a Gluten free meal replacement from Top Form Nutrition, personally i like the chocolate flavor the best, but the vanilla is good also !
