Cosutumes at Boot Camp!

Well, I have to congratulate the above boot campers for not only making it to class in the pouring rain but coming in awesome Halloween Costumes!!

In order of appearance we have: Angela the fried egg, Rebecca as Sarah Palin, Dan in her smokin' mint jumpsuit and Tammy as a piece of cheese! Next shot - Lisa replaces Dan as Dr. Swisley. She got out of her car and said "I am here to deliver your baby".

Thank you guys for giving me the best laugh of the week. Way to make an effort!

How to Build and Define Your Abdominals

Cold weather might make you feel like hibernating, but you don't have to hold off on your exercise and fitness goals. You can exercise indoors. And by dressing properly and heeding cold-weather safety tips, you can exercise outdoors, too.

KAHI 950 AM

Guess who was on the radio on Saturday morning - (10/11) talking about World Run Day (WRD)?? Me! It was a great. Keith Turner, former "Loser" wrote a press release a few weeks ago to help me promote WRD. He sent it to KAHI and they emailed me asking me to call in and share some information during their weekend "call in show", called Swap Shop. Let me know if any of you heard it. I haven't able to hear a play back. Maybe this week KAHI will have it posted on their website.

SO, are you signing up for WRD? It's 4 weeks from today. Check out my website for more information: http://www.adventurehere.com/endurance-events-auburn.php for the official WRD website visit: http://www.runday.com
